Work platform for a scaffolding company. Requests come in with photos and attachments and the team handles them in one place, instead of through email and WhatsApp.
Requests arrived through different channels, with photos loose in chats. Information got lost and it was unclear who was handling what.
One private web platform for requests, attachments and users with permissions. Photos are resized on upload, so it stays fast on site as well.
